Terms and Conditions

Tibet Terms and Conditions: A booking with full passport details including date of birth, occupation, home address and 100% payment of the tour should reach us at least 8 weeks before departure.
Bhutan Terms and Conditions: A booking for Bhutan Trekking-Tour passport details and advance 75% of the tour cost should reach us at least 30 days before departure.

Nepal Terms and Conditions: A booking with details Name list of the participant including the copy of passport and 50% payment of total cost of the Trekking-Tour-Expedition cost should reach us at least 6 weeks before departure.

1.Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of transfer deposit.

2.You will have to make the full payment before we departure for the trip.We deserve the full right to cancel the trip if the full payment is not made in time.

3.Confirmation of the Trekking-Tour- xpedition will be made only after the deposit is received and noticed to the concerned member via e-mail or fax. We also reserve the right to cancel your trip should the full amount not be paid in time.

4.We accept Visa or MasterCard and a 4% levy will be added on the top of cost for card processing fee.

5.Where possible we will accept your last minute booking 15 days prior to tour departure date, full payment is then required.

Cancellation and Booking Changes: If you are prevented from travelling on the tour, unfortunately there is no refund, transfer or postponing options available as the Bhutanese government has strict Tourism policies.
Cancellations and Refunds:Cancellations are required in writing through our fax or e-mail [email protected] or [email protected].

- Booking Payment refund will be made as per the foreign currency conversion rate in US$ dollar prevailing at the time of refund. The following cancellation charges will levy.

Before 40 days of arrival-10% of the total Trekking-Tour-Expedition cost

From 45 day to 30 days-20% of the Trekking-Tour-Expedition cost

From 29 days to 15 days-40% of the Trekking-Tour-Expedition cost

From 14 days to no show - No refund(of the total Trekking-Tour-Expedition cost

If trekking/Expedition/Tour is stopped or early arrival due to nature accident likewise weather reasons this case ProHimal Adventure pvt Ltd will not refund.

Currency Fluctuation: All prices of the tours are based on US$ foreign exchange rates at the time of publication. Prices may change in the event of increased land or air costs that are beyond the companys control. The company reserves the right to alter the price of any tour due to currency fluctuation. Any price increase will normally be notified 60 days prior to departure.

Travel Documents: It is the clients own responsibility to obtain passport and travel visa. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended return date. The client is responsible for providing the company with correct, complete and accurate information regarding personal details including physical disabilities.

Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance from your home country that protects you and your investment in the event of a sudden emergency before or during your trip & coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, illness, injury, damage, loss or theft of baggage as well as emergency evacuation

Health Requirements: Our company reserves the rights to exclude clients who are physically or mentally unfit to undertake long trips. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctors certificate stating that s/he is fit enough to travel and her/his blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people.

- All our efforts will be made sincerely to maintain the contract made by our company with its clients but there are always possibilities of certain items like airfares, sudden increase in fuel costs, entrance fee at the monuments etc getting more expensive without any notice from the government authorities in Nepal, China (Tibet), India and Bhutan. In such unpredictable situation, the difference in the cost would be borne by the clients. Pro Himal Adventure {p} Ltd only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters and contractors providing other services. All exchange orders,receipts,contracts and tickets issued by us are subject to terms and conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.

- We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly-due to natural hazards, flight cancellation accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any act of nature, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown of transport, strikes, thefts, epidemics or any other causes beyond our control.

- We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, and loss of your personal belongings due to theft or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance policy in their home country. All baggage and personal property at all times at the clients own risk. All our transports are well insured according to our transportation department of Nepal government.

Flight cancellation policy: Flight bookings are completely Nonrefundable or transferable.

Emergency evacuation: If in case of emergency Evacuation needed during the trip. There are Manag air, Smirk air, Fish tail air, Mountain air) Helicopter will be arranged as long as quickest availability helicopter by Pro Himal Adventure {p} Ltd observing the condition of clients .The charges Most be paid by the clients themselves or your Travel insurance policy will cover before departure from Nepal or any other country.

Child Discount: One child under four years old is generally considered a reduction of 50% of the Trekking/ tour cost, provided that s/he is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided free of charge.

Risk & Liabilities: we are committed and always try to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties security, honestly and seriously to make your journey very smooth and pleasant. However, the entire program Nepal-Tibet-Bhutan are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of theirs own policies.
